Mulch does much more than make your landscape look neat and finished. In flower borders and around trees, mulch helps retain moisture in the soil, reduces weed growth, regulates soil temperature, and protects plant roots from harsh weather changes. It also helps prevent soil erosion and can improve overall soil health as organic mulch breaks down over time. When properly installed, mulch gives your beds a clean, polished appearance while helping your flowers and trees stay healthier and stronger throughout the seasons.
